Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for the role of SME Google Workspace (Billing) in Indore. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 2–8 years of experience in Google Workspace Billing or extensive experience in a Google Workspace environment.

The role involves working in Business Process Services, supporting billing operations, and ensuring smooth workspace management. As part of this role, you will work with ticketing tools, ITIL frameworks, and manage billing operations for Google Workspace. Candidates must have strong communication skills, flexibility to work in night or rotational shifts, and the ability to handle billing responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Workspace billing operations effectively
• Communicate with clarity (verbal and written)
• Maintain accurate typing speed (preferably 30–50 WPM)
• Work with ticketing tools and ITIL framework
• Provide workspace support in billing processes
• Preferred: Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification

• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
